Data Retention
We retain information for the following periods:
- Account information and sign-in records: until your account is deleted.
- Anti-abuse IP records: 90 days after the IP address was last seen.
- Trial-credit records (a one-way hash of the email address and, where a claim was refused, the matching IP address): retained after account deletion to prevent the trial credit from being claimed again.
- Billing and usage records, including payment information received from Stripe: while your account exists and, after deletion, as required by applicable local law.
- Feedback and correspondence: in our support mailbox.
- Information stored on your device: until you delete it in the application, clear your browser's data, remove the application's data folder or uninstall the mobile application; exported files remain where you saved them.
